Tulip Winery is the largest boutique winery in Israel, founded in 2003 by the Itzhaki family. What sets it apart isn't only the wine: the winery operates inside Kfar Tikva ("Village of Hope") near Kiryat Tivon — a community for adults with special needs. Residents take part in the winery's work, so every bottle of Tulip also supports a social mission. Its flagship is Black Tulip, a rich Bordeaux blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot). Since 2010 all Tulip wines are kosher. The range spans full-bodied reds, whites and rosé, and the winery is a regular in Israeli wine rankings. The visitor center opens Sun–Fri 10:00–16:00, with last seating at 14:00. Guided tastings run Sun–Thu. Standard visits do not include production; group production visits require separate coordination, excluding Fridays and holiday eves.
