Mar Elias Catholic Church is located at 23 Ein Dor Street, Haifa. The building stands on the western Carmel, near the northern ridge of the mountain and the older Haifa neighborhoods. Ein Dor Street is a residential side street, a few minutes from the Carmel's main descent route. Access is possible by buses running along the Carmel routes, by private car, or on foot from nearby streets. Public parking in the area is limited, and the surrounding streets mainly hold residential parking. The entrance opens onto the pavement, with direct access from the street. The venue is also referred to as Mar Elias Church. The church is used for regular services of Haifa's Catholic community and occasionally for church music events. The surroundings include residential buildings, neighborhood shops and Carmel bus lines. Its proximity to the northern Carmel and the seafront makes it easy to combine the visit with the Baháʼí Gardens, the German Colony or the Carmel viewpoints — all within a short drive or bus ride.
