Kiryat Motzkin Theatre Hall is located at 77 HaChashmonaim Street, Kiryat Motzkin. The building is wheelchair accessible. It stands in the center of the city, in an area mixing public buildings, kindergartens and small shops. Kiryat Motzkin is one of the Krayot towns north of Haifa, reachable from the city by car, train or bus. HaChashmonaim Street is a main local axis, and several public transport lines run along it. Street parking in the surrounding blocks is generally available during the day and fills up earlier on event evenings. The entrance opens onto the pavement, with direct accessible access from the street. The hall functions as the main performance venue of Kiryat Motzkin and is used for cultural events, performances and lectures. The surroundings include cafés, local shops and municipal buildings. Residents of the Krayot mostly walk to the hall; visitors from Haifa and the wider area arrive by public transport or car. The hall serves as a community meeting point.
