Matnas Ramot is located at 3 Burla Street, in the Ramot Remez neighborhood, Haifa. Ramot Remez is a residential district of southern Carmel, set on one of the spurs of Mount Carmel. Burla Street is a residential side street, surrounded by public buildings, kindergartens and schools. Access is possible on foot from within the neighborhood, by buses running along the main southern Carmel arteries, or by private car. Public parking nearby is relatively open during the day and fills up on activity evenings. The entrance opens onto the pavement, with direct access from the street. The venue is also referred to as Matnas Ramot. The center serves as the community hub of Ramot Remez and the surrounding streets, offering classes for all ages, cultural events, music evenings and programs for children and youth. The regular audience comes mainly from neighborhood residents and southern Carmel. The surroundings include clinics, schools and everyday-use shops. The center is most active in the afternoon and evening.
