Yes. All Dalton wines are kosher and kosher for Passover, kosher since the winery's 1995 founding, under the Merom HaGalil Rabbinate, Badatz Yoreh Deah, the Orthodox Union (OU), and Rabbi Mordechai Ungar. Both mevushal and non-mevushal wines are produced.

Dalton Winery was founded in 1995 by the Haruni family — father and son Mat and Alex Haruni, who relocated to Israel from England — to develop the high-altitude Upper Galilee as a premium wine region. It is an estate winery, farming roughly 80 hectares across 11+ vineyards at 650-900 m elevation and producing on the order of 850,000-1,000,000 bottles a year. Alex Haruni is proprietor and CEO, and Guy Eshel has been chief winemaker since 2015. Dalton works with a wide range of grapes and ranges: the everyday Canaan series, the Bordeaux-style Alma blends (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc), and the small-batch experimental Asufa series, launched in 2020 as the winemaker's creative expression. The flagship is Matatia, a Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot Bordeaux-style blend first released with the 2006 vintage and bottled only in select years. All wines have been kosher since the winery's founding, under OU, Badatz Yoreh Deah, and the Merom HaGalil Rabbinate. The Visitor Center offers seated wine tastings. Per the official site there are two standard experiences: a four-wine tasting from the Alma/Asufa/Estate ranges for about 50 NIS, and a premium four-wine tasting from the higher lines for about 75 NIS. There is no full restaurant, but light food from the Dalton Deli collection is served alongside tastings — a Galilean cheese platter, mozzarella pizza, and Galilee bread with olive oil. There is also a winery shop (and an online store).
