Mika is a family boutique winery in the Bnei Yehuda industrial area in the southern Golan Heights. Winemaker Mika began independent production in 2021 after working in viticulture and studying winemaking at the Hebrew University. Guests are hosted in the winery’s working space and courtyard. Grapes are hand-harvested from family and partner vineyards at high elevations (above ~800 m) in Samaria, the Galilee and the Golan. Mika's approach emphasizes clarity, purity and balance, with minimalist intervention and restrained oak. The wines include a Sauvignon Blanc-Roussanne white blend and a Grenache Noir-based Rosé (the signature current releases), plus Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot and a Cabernet Sauvignon-based red blend ("Outback"). The first production was around 10,000 bottles, predominantly white wines. Hospitality in the working winery and courtyard, with wine tastings and local cheeses, bread and baked goods available.
