Binyamina Winery

Binyamina Winery was founded in 1952 (originally named "Eliaz") and is today one of Israel's largest wineries. Its visitor center sits in a 1925 landmark building that Baron Edmond de Rothschild originally built as a perfume distillery; it now houses VIP tasting rooms and a patio overlooking the vineyards. The winery makes many ranges and sources grapes from across the country — from the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee to the Judean Hills. The visitor center offers a "90 Years of Aromas" tour about the building's history, a barrel-room visit, tastings (your choice of four whites, four reds or a premium flight of five barrel-aged wines), workshops and a shop. Visits are by reservation only; the visitor center is kosher.
