# Ascent > Haifa Events **Category:** exhibition ## Description An exhibition dedicated to the works of Eti Levi (born 1981, Jerusalem) created through encounters with ancient textual sources and a desire to approach the Hebrew language in its original state. In the Bible and Jewish mystical texts, the word 'Ma'ala' (ascent) is connected to visions and experiences of physical and spiritual elevation. The exhibition space serves as a transitional zone, connecting physical movement with transformation of consciousness. The works are based on various graphic actions - writing, drawing, erasing, and engraving - on various substrates, including copper, paper, and parchment paper. **Venue:** Haifa Museum of Art **Address:** Shabtai Levi 26, Haifa **City:** Haifa **Tickets:** https://www.hms.org.il/ **Image:** https://pub-0a891185c33b4c5a8db7ede117f7c8e7.r2.dev/haifa-events/hms_museums_partnership/404bdfc998276e568e2b9f1c5205817e.jpg --- **Canonical event page:** https://www.haifa.events/en/event/voskhozhdenie/ **Other languages:** https://www.haifa.events/he/event/voskhozhdenie/, https://www.haifa.events/ru/event/voskhozhdenie/ Haifa Events is an aggregator.
