Krieger Center is located at 6 Eliyahu Hakim Street, Haifa. The building is wheelchair accessible. The street runs off HaNassi Boulevard and passes through central Carmel, within easy walking distance of upper Haifa's main cultural cluster. Visitors typically arrive on foot from the Carmel commercial center or by bus along HaNassi Boulevard. Street parking on Eliyahu Hakim is limited, and arriving early or using public transport is the common practice on event evenings. The entrance opens directly onto the street pavement. The venue is also referred to as Krieger Auditorium or simply Krieger. The building hosts several kinds of cultural use, including concerts, theatre evenings and conferences. The surrounding street has cafés, restaurants and neighborhood shops, some of which stay open into the evening. The GIG House jazz club operates at the same address, and the proximity of the two venues makes the street a small active cultural pocket on the Carmel.
