Rappaport Hall is located at 138 HaNassi Boulevard, Haifa. The hall is wheelchair accessible. It is part of upper Haifa's main cultural cluster along HaNassi Boulevard, next to Auditorium Haifa and the Haifa Cinematheque. The three venues stand within a few minutes' walk of each other. The hall can be reached on foot from the Carmel commercial center or by the main bus lines running along HaNassi Boulevard. Public parking along the boulevard is limited, and arriving early for evening events is the common advice. The entrance opens directly onto the pavement of the boulevard. The venue is also referred to as Rappaport Auditorium. It is used for concerts, music nights and ceremonies on a scale somewhat larger than the neighboring smaller halls. The surrounding section of the boulevard has cafés, restaurants and shops of Central Carmel. The proximity to Auditorium Haifa and the Cinematheque makes the strip one of the city's principal cultural points, with a view toward Haifa Bay and the lower city.
