About
In early seventeenth-century Germany, a mysterious soldier arrives in a village with documents proving a claim to inherited land. The villagers eventually accept the newcomer without suspecting the secret being concealed. As the soldier becomes more established, exposure grows more dangerous. A drama about identity and acceptance starring Sandra Hüller.
