About
In June 1961, Bill Evans’s trio records two landmark jazz albums at New York’s Village Vanguard. Ten days later, bassist Scott LaFaro dies in a car crash, leaving Evans unable to play. This biographical drama begins with that loss and follows the musician’s life afterwards.
