Cinematheque Haifa is located at 142 HaNassi Boulevard in the Carmel district. The building is wheelchair accessible. The venue belongs to the cultural strip along HaNassi Boulevard, immediately next to Rappaport Hall and Auditorium Haifa. The three halls stand within a few minutes' walk of each other, forming a continuous walkable cultural cluster. Access is convenient on foot, by bus or by taxi — the boulevard carries the main lines coming up from the lower city. Public parking along the boulevard is limited, and arriving early before evening screenings is the common practice. The entrance opens onto the boulevard with a direct route to the main screening hall. The venue is also referred to as Haifa Cinematheque. The surroundings are marked by mature trees lining the boulevard, large public buildings and cafés that stay open into the evening. The area remains busy after dark and serves as a central gathering point in upper Haifa. From the entrance the view extends toward Haifa Bay and the lower city.
