Yad LaMeginim is located in Kibbutz Yagur, east of Haifa. The kibbutz sits on the axis linking Haifa with the Jezreel Valley, next to the main road leading into the valley. The site can be reached by private car or by buses on the lines connecting Haifa with the valley. Walking access is mainly for kibbutz residents and the closest neighbors. Parking around the building is relatively wide and usually open, including on event evenings. The entrance is direct and accessible. The venue is also referred to as Yad LaMeginim Yagur. The building serves as a memorial center for the fallen members of Kibbutz Yagur and additionally hosts cultural events, music performances, lectures and community programs. Kibbutz Yagur itself includes residential quarters, agricultural sections and community buildings, and is one of the visitor points in the Jezreel Valley area. The audience comes from kibbutz residents, the surrounding settlements and visitors from Haifa. The site suits visitors looking for a rural setting close to the city.
