Beit Negler is located at 14 Ben Zvi Street, Haifa. The building stands in the Hadar HaCarmel neighborhood, one of the city's older districts, on the slope of Mount Carmel between Central Carmel and the lower city. Ben Zvi Street is a residential side street of Hadar lined with apartment buildings, neighborhood shops and public buildings. The venue can be reached on foot from within the neighborhood, by buses running along Hadar's main arteries, or by private car. Public parking nearby is limited and fills up faster on event evenings. The entrance opens onto the pavement. The venue is also referred to as Beit Negler Hall. Beit Negler hosts neighborhood cultural activity: music evenings, community gatherings and small-scale performances. The surroundings include cafés, shops and Hadar's bus lines. Hadar is active during the day and into the evening; the audience here comes mainly from Hadar and from the nearby Haifa neighborhoods.
