📚 STRONG MORNING. Online workouts for the whole family
Sometimes, to feel a little lighter, you don't need to figure out everything that's happening around you. It's enough to start with the body. When tension accumulates — it stays in the muscles, in the breath, in a state of "on alert." And it's movement that helps release that tension. "Strong Morning" is a series of online workouts that help you gently ease into the day, take a breath, and restore your sense of grounding. Without overwhelm. Without pressure. At your own pace. And — together. 📅 April 12, 14, 16, 23 and 28 ⏰ 8:45–9:30 📍 Online (Zoom) The format is suitable for everyone: — adults — children 6+ — families who want to do this together No experience or special preparation needed. 📖 How the workout goes We start with a gentle warm-up — to "wake up" the body. We move on to simple functional exercises — engaging the muscles, restoring energy. We add coordination and balance — in a light, playful format. And we finish with stretching and breathing — to stabilize your state and calmly start the day. This is not about sport "for results." It's about a state in which it becomes a little easier to breathe. 🎯 Why this matters — reduce anxiety — release tension — support the body and nervous system — restore energy — spend time together, rather than in anxiety 🎤 Yulia Lutsyk Fitness trainer, movement anatomy expert, psychologist by education, director of the project "Sport Against Violence." Yulia creates workouts after which you don't feel exhausted — but rather put yourself back together. If right now it's important to add a little stability and grounding to your life — you can start simply. With movement. In the morning. Together. 🔗 Join Zoom https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81343119202?pwd=V9tHOqaGdvjLaDJHaXqVcXRYQb1s7N.1 Access code: 034125 Meeting ID: 813 4311 9202 Organizer: FACES Haifa / Haifa Integration Office
