# Performance: Ofer Levy > Haifa Events **Category:** community ## Description Ofer Levy - celebrating 35 years on stage. One of the foundational pillars of Israeli music, the singer who invented Israeli blues! Blessed with one of the finest vocal abilities in the country, with a tone and vocal color that sets apart only the greatest soul singers in the world, Stage movements and a way of delivering lyrics that are uniquely his own! His special style, blending Turkish, Egyptian, Spanish and Israeli music - once hard to pin down - is today a genre all its own. Since the late 80s to this day, Ofer has paved his own way from small clubs to the biggest stages, and to this day he continues to break new ground in music and reinvent himself again and again.
