# Haifa in International Style: Haifa Bauhaus Week > Haifa Events **Category:** tours ## Description The Society for the History of Haifa, together with a host of partners, is launching a wonderful initiative to celebrate Haifa Bauhaus Week, from 8-15.11.2026. As part of the events, guided tours, lectures, exhibitions and events dealing with International Style (Bauhaus) architecture and White City construction will take place throughout the city. With the arrival of the malls and the emptying out of Nordau, the street came back to life thanks to the 1990s wave of immigrants from the post-Soviet states, who made it their stronghold. Over the last three years the street has been rising again. On the tour we'll tell the rich history of the street through its special buildings and the entrepreneurs behind them, who don't just dream but also act.
