The story we all grew up with: In Itamar's room hang three pictures — a colorful train, a girl with a kite, and a forest with a pair of lions. When Itamar can't fall asleep, he sets off on a fantastic journey where the line between reality and imagination blurs. He steps into the pictures on the wall to solve a mystery: why do the lion and lioness look so sad? Technology in the service of imagination: the show uses innovative digital art that allows Itamar to be "swallowed" into the world of the paintings. With virtual sets and video installations, young audiences and their parents are invited to climb the bedroom walls alongside Itamar, fly on a kite and wander through an enchanted forest. At the heart of the play stands a child's power to face fears and big questions through imagination.
